At Sparkposter AI, we strive to provide high-quality AI design tools for your business. We understand that sometimes a product might not fit your needs. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to you while protecting our service from abuse, as every AI image generation incurs real computing costs for us.

Subscription Refunds (14-Day Guarantee)

  • Eligibility: You are within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
  • Fair Use Condition: To prevent abuse of our API resources, full refunds are only available if you have used fewer than 20 Credits during this period.
  • How to Request: Please contact our support team at support@sparkposter.com with your order details.
  • Note: If you have generated a large volume of images (over 20 credits) and are simply unhappy with the style, we may offer a partial refund or bonus credits at our discretion, but a full refund is not guaranteed.

Renewal Refunds

  • Subscriptions renew automatically. We do not typically offer refunds for "forgotten" cancellations if the renewal has already processed. However, as a courtesy:
  • If you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used any credits in the new billing cycle, we will process a full refund and cancel the subscription immediately.

Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time Credit Packs: Top-up credits (e.g., 200 or 500 packs) are non-refundable once purchased, as they are instantly added to your account balance.
  • High-Volume Usage: Subscriptions where a significant portion of credits (e.g., >50%) has already been consumed.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
  • Remaining Credits: Unused credits from your subscription will expire at the end of the billing cycle.

Technical Issues & Quality Disputes

  • If you experienced a technical error (e.g., the system deducted credits but failed to generate an image), please contact us immediately.
  • We will verify the error logs and refund the consumed credits back to your account balance.
  • We generally do not issue cash refunds for subjective quality dissatisfaction (e.g., "I didn't like the font"), but we are happy to provide guidance or bonus credits to help you get the result you want.

Chargebacks

  • Please contact our support team regarding any billing issues before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. Accounts that file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned.
